Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Qualifications

• Previous mechanical maintenance, equipment repair, millwright, machine repair, automotive, heavy equipment, or similar hands-on mechanical experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Experience working with motors, bearings, belts, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, hydraulics, or pneumatics preferred
• Basic welding or fabrication experience is a plus
• Basic electrical troubleshooting experience is a plus, but advanced electrical or PLC experience is not required
• Ability to use common hand and power tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team
• Reliable attendance and willingness to learn

Schedule Requirements

• This position is expected to begin on 1st shift . Candidates should have schedule flexibility and be willing to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift, weekends, and overtime when required by operational needs .
• Candidates with strong mechanical skills who are interested in expanding their industrial maintenance experience are encouraged to apply.
