The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will improve equipment reliability and production continuity in an automated manufacturing environment.

The role owns mechanical performance for critical forming, assembly, and plastic injection molding equipment.

Develop preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies.
Analyze downtime, MTBF, and MTTR and implement corrective actions.
Lead RCA, A3, and 5 Why investigations for mechanical failures.
Optimize inspection, lubrication, maintenance, and overhaul intervals.
Use condition monitoring, wear analysis, and failure trends for predictive maintenance.

Support cam-controlled forming and assembly machines.
Support clamping and cooling systems on plastic injection molding machines.
Work with production, toolmaking, and engineering teams to improve machine stability.
Support equipment commissioning and industrialization for serial production.
