- Conduct inspections of mechanical installations in commercial buildings, retail outlets, malls, and renovation projects
- Ensure all mechanical work complies with design specifications, safety standards, and local regulations
- Identify and document any defects or non conformities and recommend corrective actions
- Review and verify mechanical drawings, specifications, and work procedures
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to ensure timely completion of mechanical works
- Maintain detailed inspection reports and documentation for project records
- Monitor progress and quality of mechanical work on site regularly
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all inspection activities
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of overall experience in mechanical inspection or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in the UAE
- Experience in commercial buildings, retail outlets, malls, and renovation projects
- Possession of a valid driving license and personal car
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, codes, and standards
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
