Job Summary
- The HVAC Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing HVAC projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and sub contractors and with the consultant/client to deliver projects ac
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans that merge consultant/client requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
- Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost saving measures while maintaining quality standards.
- Lead, coach, and motivate project team members on a proactive basis. Assign tasks and responsibilities, and ensure the team is working effectively and efficiently.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for consultant/client, providing regular updates on project status, addressing concerns.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the final product meets the required standards.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
