We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and self-directed Mechanical HVAC Designer/Engineer to join our Engineering Department and provide high-quality design services across the firm.

This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong foundation in HVAC design and Revit, who is eager to contribute immediately and continue developing toward senior-level responsibilities.

• Develop HVAC system designs, including layout, equipment selection, ductwork, hydronic piping, heating and cooling load calculations, and energy analysis.
• Create and maintain detailed construction documents, specifications, airflow diagrams, and piping/control schematics.
• Work with 3D architectural models in Revit to draw ductwork and piping layouts, integrating mechanical systems with structural, electrical, plumbing, and other disciplines.
• Design and/or assist in the design of Air Handling Units, Energy Recovery Ventilators, Boilers (gas, oil, propane), Hydronic Systems, Heat Pumps, VRF systems, and other HVAC components.
