About the Role
This high-impact role helps define how CoLab delivers technical value to strategic customers.
The engineer acts as a dedicated technical problem-solver and trusted advisor, embedding with enterprise customers to optimize their use of CoLab and its AI tools.
The role supports large mechanical engineering organizations in improving feedback, data, and decision-making across design and PLM.
Job Responsibilities
- Embed with enterprise customers to optimize CoLab usage, especially AI tools such as AutoReview and Operator.
- Investigate engineering data and integration challenges across PLM, ERP, QMS, and traditional design feedback tools.
- Test and implement new CoLab workflows inside customer environments with cross-functional teams.
- Identify product feature gaps, improve capabilities, and refine AutoReview with product teams.
- Build technical documentation, playbooks, and repeatable project frameworks.
- Validate AI-generated results and ensure engineering rigor using mechanical engineering expertise.
Must-Haves
- Background in mechanical design engineering, ideally in a medium- to large-sized organization.
