• The Mechanical Foreman safely and efficiently manages tradespeople, equipment, and materials procurement to construct high-quality projects while mentoring the next generation of professionals. This position reports to the Superintendent and is responsible for the oversight of other teammates. This is a full-time, hourly non-exempt position.

Your Role

• Thorough knowledge of all general construction disciplines including concrete and civil construction with primary experience in installation of mechanical systems and rigging practices. Responsible the planning and enforcement of safety standards with own crew and others on worksite
• Thorough knowledge of the planning, layout, and execution of the installation of piping systems that are flanged, grooved, welded, glued, and /or mechanically joined
• Knowledge and experience of the assembly and installation of industrial and process machines and related equipment including bolting, welding, machining work, etc.
• Ability to provide accurate layout and measurements for mechanical systems and structures including line and grade from established benchmarks and control points
• Working knowledge of job cost report and labor production report review and analysis
• Thorough knowledge of corporate quality control program
