Job Purpose
The role supports business development, marketing, design, and project execution for stack parking solutions.
The position includes parking layouts, design coordination, project monitoring, quality standards, and timely completion.
Business Development and Marketing
- Promote and develop business for stack parking solutions.
- Coordinate with clients to obtain enquiries and site AutoCAD drawings.
- Generate opportunities for single stack, two-level stack, three DP pit, and puzzle parking systems.
Design and Drawing Support
- Prepare preliminary design concepts based on site conditions.
- Coordinate detailed stack parking drawings with CAD draftsmen.
- Prepare Design Approval Process drawings.
- Collaborate with architects and civil consultants on required parking slots.
Project Execution Planning
- Assess project details and manpower requirements.
- Evaluate contractors, negotiate quotations, and finalize agreements with management consultation.
- Coordinate electrical layout drawings and client approvals.
