Skills
- Supervise operation and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and mechanical systems.
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs for high-rise facilities.
- Monitor mechanical system performance and implement optimization solutions.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and building management teams.
- Review shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals.
