- Perform duties as a Receiving Authority (RA) / Job Performer in accordance with site procedures and safety requirements
- Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and contractor teams to ensure safe execution of work activities
- Review work permits, risk assessments, and method statements
- Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with HSE standards
- Support mechanical maintenance, inspection, and project related activities
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports
- Assist in planning and execution of shutdown and maintenance activities
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of Gulf site experience
- Experience working in heavy industrial environments (e.g., aluminium, steel, oil & gas, power plants, manufacturing)
- Good understanding of permit to work systems and site safety practices
- Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
