Role Summary
Oversee preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, compliance, and emergency response readiness for life safety systems.
Coordinate fire fighting and fire alarm system maintenance within facilities or across multiple client sites.
Maintenance Scheduling and Operations
- Develop and execute weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual PPM schedules according to NFPA and local authority standards.
- Coordinate daily activities, site visits, and emergency call-outs for technicians and subcontractors.
- Supervise testing and servicing of fire pumps, sprinklers, risers, clean-agent systems, alarm panels, detectors, and voice evacuation systems.
Compliance and Inspections
- Ensure compliance with NFPA 10, 14, 20, 25, and 72, Civil Defense codes, and facility safety regulations.
- Lead joint inspections and system testing with local authorities to renew operational fitness certificates.
- Coordinate integrations with municipal remote monitoring systems such as Hassantuk.
Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain history logs, inspection checklists, testing certificates, and defect reports for life safety assets.
