Role Description
- Support mechanical design, installation, and coordination across Interior Fit Out, MEP, and Civil Works projects.
- Develop and review mechanical designs and drawings, prepare technical specifications, ensure compliance with local codes.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines.
- Supervise site works, conduct inspections and testing of mechanical systems.
- Support procurement of mechanical materials and equipment, review vendor submissions.
- Prepare reports, maintain documentation, contribute to continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong Mechanical Engineering knowledge and practical experience across building services and MEP systems.
- Project Management capabilities including planning, scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related discipline.
- 5 years experience in construction, MEP contracting, or interior fit out projects, preferably in UAE.
- Familiarity with international and local codes (ASHRAE, BS, local authority regulations).
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, attention to detail, commitment to safety and quality.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams on site.
