About the Role
ALEC FITOUT seeks a detail-oriented MEP Engineer to join their team in Dubai. You will coordinate design, construction, and commissioning of MEP works, review submittals, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate design, construction, and testing & commissioning of all MEP works
- Develop working schedules and material submittal plans aligned with project timelines
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and monitor subcontractor performance
- Review submittals, shop drawings, technical clarifications, and consultant responses
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Lead coordination efforts among subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
- Monitor work progress, address delays, and implement corrective actions
- Support testing and commissioning activities
- Review as built drawings and manage snagging and close out processes
Requirements
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in MEP works and construction management
- Previous exposure to large scale, high profile building projects preferred
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Proven experience coordinating complex site activities and subcontractors
- Excellent organizational, problem solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Your Role
