Full Job Posting Key responsibilities Collaborate with suppliers on product design and cost optimization Support project timelines and cost targets Communicate technical information clearly and effectively Work collaboratively in a team environment Provide technical guidance to team members Troubleshoot and resolve electrical engineering issues Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards Design cable assemblies and harnesses; develop AC/DC system schematics Prepare and maintain engineering documentation Bachelor’s degree in electrical or Power Engineering (or equivalent experience) 5–10 years in electrical product development for mission-critical systems Strong knowledge of AC/DC power distribution, including low-voltage three-phase systems Experience with power systems, control, and metering Solid grounding (earthing) design knowledge Familiarity with Telcordia, UL, NEC, IEEE, and NEBS standards Ability to solve moderately complex technical problems Practical application of engineering principles in design and production Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems Strong problem-solving and analytical ability Effective communication (written and verbal) Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines Team-oriented with strong organizational skills Detail-oriented and dependable Proactive with a strong sense of ownership Positive attitude and willingness to learn Perform other duties as assigned Primarily desk-based role with standard physical activity (standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs) Ability to differentiate colors required Occasional domestic and/or international travel Life at Delta
