- Coordinate site activities with site teams to ensure efficient execution of service
- schedules.
- Coordinate with procurement team to ensure availability of required tools, spare parts, materials, and specialized equipment for maintenance works.
- Provide site coordination and supervision, supporting engineers and technicians during inspections, maintenance, and repair activities at the power plant.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including maintenance reports, inspection records, service logs, and job completion reports.
- Assist in resource planning, ensuring manpower, equipment, and materials are allocated effectively to meet project and maintenance requirements.
- Support the preparation of technical proposals, maintenance plans, and service documentation for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Monitor service KPIs, safety compliance, and quality standards, ensuring all activities follow company procedures and industry regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency in maintenance coordination and service delivery.
- Translate high-level design drawings into detailed shop drawings.
