Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take offs for MEP systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, Electrical, ELV)
- Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Prepare and evaluate Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Monitor project costs and identify any variations or discrepancies
- Prepare payment applications and evaluate subcontractor invoices
- Conduct site visits to verify work progress and executed quantities
- Manage variation orders, claims, and change requests
- Support tendering processes and analyze bids
- Coordinate with project teams and procurement
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field)
- 3–7 years of experience in MEP Quantity Surveying or Cost Control
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction practices
- Experience in BOQ preparation and cost estimation
- Proficiency in MS Office and quantity surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD, CostX)
- Familiarity with FIDIC contracts is a plus
- Strong analytical and communication skills

Job Summary
