About the Role

- Lead and manage the entire MEP Department
- Recruit, interview, train, and develop MEP engineers, coordinators, and technical staff
- Select, evaluate, and manage MEP subcontractors and suppliers
- Review and approve MEP shop drawings, material submittals, and technical submissions
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and civil teams to resolve design clashes
- Lead BIM coordination and ensure proper integration of MEP systems within BIM models
- Monitor project progress, budgets, productivity, quality, and deadlines
- Conduct regular site visits and resolve technical and construction issues
- Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and authorities
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, authority requirements, and international standards
- Develop department procedures, QA/QC processes, and technical standards
- Support tendering by reviewing MEP BOQs, specifications, and value engineering opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in MEP construction
- Strong experience in both luxury villas and multi storey building projects
- Proven experience leading an MEP department or managing multiple MEP teams
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and MEP coordination
- Hands on experience with BIM (Revit MEP, Navisworks, BIM coordination) is mandatory
- Experience coordinating with consultants, authorities, and main contractors
- Excellent understanding of UAE codes and authority requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
- Ability to recruit, mentor, and build a high performing team

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site MEP Engineer role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

- Experience in Design & Build projects.
- Knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
