As a Mechanical Design Engineer II here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will join the industry leader to design the next generation of breakthrough technologies.
You will be part of a team responsible for the aerodynamic design, simulation, analysis and test of fans and compressors (FanC) in gas turbine engine (turbomachinery) applications within Honeywell Aerospace Engines and Power Systems.
You will support currently fielded products and contribute towards development of new products for a variety of turbofan, turboshaft and auxiliary power unit (APU) applications.
You will also apply principles of design, physics, mathematics and software development to perform a broad variety of engineering tasks.
In this role, you will contribute to continuous improvement of design, analysis and simulation methods.
You will report directly to our Engineering Manager, and you’ll work out of our Torrance, CA location on a Hybrid work schedule.
