Mechanical Application Engineering Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (Electrical/Electronics Engineering Degree alternative)
• 5 years of leadership experience within an Applications or Field Engineering environment, ideally in the interconnect, electronics, or electromechanical sectors.
• Proven ability to manage global customer relationships and drive technical projects through cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to distill complex technical topics for a range of stakeholders.
• Ability to travel ~15% domestic and international
