Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair diesel forklifts and related heavy equipment

- Conduct post repair testing
- Maintain accurate service records
- Coordinate with supervisors to schedule maintenance
- Adhere to all safety and quality standards
- Work closely with operations staff to minimize equipment downtime
Requirements
- Strong skills in maintenance and repair of diesel forklifts and related heavy equipment
- Experience with preventive maintenance practices
- Hands on expertise with equipment systems, components, and safety procedures
- Effective troubleshooting abilities for mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues
- Ability to read technical manuals, service bulletins, and equipment schematics
- Commitment to workplace safety and knowledge of relevant safety standards and PPE use
- Relevant technical certification or diploma in mechanical, automotive, or heavy equipment maintenance preferred
- Previous experience in cement products industry is an advantage
