People Leadership
- Coach and develop store employees and serve as a leadership role model.
- Manage selection, orientation, training, performance management, succession planning, and compensation for direct reports.
- Manage store operations and communicate department requirements and changes.
Customer and Product Operations
- Create shopping experiences that enhance customer loyalty, sales, and profit.
- Maintain product knowledge, including product changes, promotions, and seasonal trends.
- Order, receive, organize, rotate, merchandise, and present products according to company standards.
