Role Overview

Technical Skills

• Bring at least 5 years of expert-level JavaScript or TypeScript experience.
• Build and maintain complex single-page applications using AngularJS, React, Vue.js, or related modern frameworks.
• Use JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SCSS, RESTful services, microservices, Node.js, and Express.
• Apply agile development, continuous integration, test-driven development, and Git.
• Work with Docker under Linux or macOS and with NoSQL or multi-value databases.
• Cloud experience with AWS or Azure is a plus.

Desired Experience and Skills

• Have a bachelor's or advanced degree, or equivalent experience, with 10 or more years of software industry experience in product design, architecture, or support.
• Experience with legacy modernization and HCM domain knowledge are advantages.
• Demonstrate communication, interpersonal, mentoring, learning, teamwork, and individual-contributor skills.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform complex application code development, maintenance, debugging, and unit testing.
• Prepare technical documentation across multiple lifecycle phases and lead code reviews.
• Develop and follow software engineering standards across the lifecycle.
• Lead systems design efforts addressing security, performance, data integrity, and scalability.
• Review requirements deliverables for a cohesive, functionally sound product.
• Work with quality assurance to ensure complete project test coverage.
