Role overview
BytePlus serves global enterprise customers with technology solutions powered by ByteDance intelligent technologies.
The role focuses on developing partnerships that accelerate adoption of AI image and video solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a network of channel partners, resellers, and strategic alliances.
- Recruit, onboard, enable, and manage agencies, system integrators, media firms, and cloud providers.
- Lead partner co-selling into enterprise and public-sector accounts.
- Drive new business relationships, pipeline creation, and partner-led revenue.
- Position ByteDance AI models as scalable alternatives to traditional video production.
- Own the partner lifecycle from recruitment through performance management.
- Build joint go-to-market plans with cloud partners.
- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to close partner-sourced opportunities.
- Track partner KPIs, MDF utilization, and revenue contribution.
- Represent the company at partner events, QBRs, and executive engagements.
Minimum qualifications
- Proven B2B technology sales, partnership development, or channel management experience.
- Ability to build new routes to market from the ground up.
- Strong understanding of AI, digital media, or cloud-based solutions.
