- Strong leadership skills with experience building, mentoring or scaling commercial teams
- Confidence influencing senior decision makers including VP and C suite stakeholders

Role Overview
- We’re hiring a MEA Regional Business Development Director to lead commercial growth across the Middle East and Africa.
- This is a senior regional leadership role with clear revenue accountability, operating at the intersection of enterprise partnerships, commercial strategy and growth.

- Strong leadership skills, with experience building, mentoring or scaling commercial teams
- Confidence influencing senior decision makers, including VP and C suite stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and spending significant time meeting clients in person
- Strategic, insight led approach combined with the ability to execute in complex environments
