Job Summary
The Testing Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of test specialists supporting Quality Assurance (QA) and testing activities for REST APIs and enterprise software applications
This role oversees the planning, execution, and reporting of testing efforts to ensure systems meet functional, performance, and operational requirements
The Testing Manager collaborates with developers, engineers, DevOps teams, and stakeholders within an Agile environment to support successful delivery of secure, reliable, and high-performing applications, including Low-Code/No-Code solutions within the ServiceNow platform
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead a team of test specialists and QA personnel supporting software and API testing efforts
- Plan, coordinate, and manage test programs and QA activities across multiple projects and development cycles
- Develop and execute system, regression, acceptance, end-to-end, and performance testing strategies
- Oversee testing of REST APIs and ServiceNow platform integrations, supporting Low-Code/No-Code application development
- Collaborate with development, engineering, operations, and DevOps teams to ensure quality is integrated throughout the software lifecycle
