Role Overview
The ME HR Services Specialist delivers high-quality, efficient, and employee-centric HR Services across the UAE and KSA.
The role supports core HR processes end to end and provides day-to-day functional guidance to the HR Shared Services Center team.
The role also improves service delivery by simplifying, standardizing, digitizing, and automating processes.
Responsibilities
- Own onboarding and offboarding for employees across the UAE, KSA, and Qatar, including documentation, system setup, queries, and compliant exits.
- Monitor permit expiries and manage renewals for labor cards, exit and re-entry permits, and similar government-mandated permits.
- Administer pension and social insurance enrollment, contributions, reconciliation, records, and statutory compliance.
- Oversee transactional HR support quality, turnaround, data entry, documentation, ticket resolution, guidance, coaching, SLAs, and standards.
