Responsibilities
- Prepare wooden surfaces by sanding, filling, priming, and masking to ensure smooth finishes
- Inspect surfaces for defects and perform necessary touch ups or repairs
- Apply paints, stains, varnishes, sealers, and lacquer using spray guns or HVLP systems
- Ensure consistent application and high quality finish as per specifications
- Mix paints, stains, and finishes accurately to match required color samples
- Maintain and clean spray booths, spray guns, and related equipment
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PU finish and veneer stain polish
- Experience in surface preparation including sanding, filling, priming, and masking
- Ability to apply paints, stains, varnishes, sealers, and lacquer using spray guns or HVLP systems
- Skill in color matching and mixing paints to match samples
- Ability to maintain and clean spray booths, spray guns, and related equipment

1. Surface Preparation
- Prepare wooden surfaces by sanding, filling, priming, and masking to ensure smooth and defect free finishes.
- Inspect surfaces for defects or irregularities and perform necessary touch ups or repairs.
2. Spray Painting and Finishing
- Apply paints, stains, varnishes, sealers, and lacquer using spray guns or HVLP systems.
- Ensure consistent application and high quality finish, whether matte, gloss, semi gloss, or custom textured.
- Follow finishing specifications as per client or designer requirements.
3. Color Matching and Mixing
- Mix paints, stains, and finishes accurately to match required color samples or shades.
- Maintain records of mixtures and formulas for future reference.
4. Equipment and Material Handling
- Maintain and clean spray booths, spray guns, and related equipment.
- Ensure proper use and storage of painting materials and chemicals in compliance with safety standards.
- PU finish, veneer stain polish experience of minimum 3 years required.
Compensation
- Pay: AED 1,500.00 AED 2,000.00 per month
- Accommodation, flight ticket and visa provided by company.
