- Oversee the daily operations of all business segments, including TikTok live streaming and MCN talent incubation.
- Formulate operational strategies and execution plans for each segment to ensure orderly progress.
- Focus on core business metrics by breaking down goals, assigning tasks, tracking execution progress, and adjusting strategies.
- Manage core business teams such as live streaming operations, MCN, and content; clarify responsibilities and assessment standards.
- Build an efficient operational management system, optimize processes, and promote cross departmental collaboration.
- Monitor operational data, analyze issues and opportunities, and propose optimization plans.
- Track local industry dynamics and competitor activities in the Middle East to drive innovation.
- Ensure operational compliance with Dubai local laws, regulations, and religious/cultural requirements.
- Collaborate with technology and administration departments to support efficient operations.
- Regularly report to the CEO on operational status, target achievement, and issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 3–8+ years of experience in operations management, including at least 2 years of local operations management experience in the Middle East (Dubai preferred)
- Fluent in both Chinese and English
- Proven experience in operations management within MCN, TikTok livestreaming, or related industries
- Excellent strategic planning, data analysis, and problem solving skills
- Strong leadership, execution, and resilience under pressure
- Familiar with Dubai's local operational compliance requirements

Job Overview
- On behalf of our client, a fast growing Gaming company, we are seeking a dynamic MCN Operation Manager for their studio in Dubai.
- You will take full responsibility for the daily operational management, team coordination, and goal execution across the company's business divisions (TikTok live streaming, MCN, and e commerce).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of all business segments, including TikTok live streaming (group livestreams + individual livestreams) and MCN talent incubation; formulate operational strategies and execution plans.
- Focus on core business metrics by breaking down goals, assigning tasks, tracking execution progress, and promptly adjusting operational strategies.
- Manage core business teams such as live streaming operations, MCN, and content; clarify team responsibilities and assessment standards; select, train, and motivate team members.
- Build an efficient operational management system, optimize operational processes, promote cross departmental collaboration.
- Monitor operational data across all business segments, analyze underlying issues and opportunities, propose optimization plans.
- Track local industry dynamics and competitor activities in the Middle East; leverage ecosystem advantages to drive innovation.
- Ensure operational compliance across all business segments, strictly adhering to Dubai local laws, regulations, and religious/cultural requirements.
- Collaborate with the technology department to apply AI tools and other solutions; work with administration to support the efficient operation of the 2,000 sqm livestreaming hub.
- Regularly report to the CEO on the operational status, target achievement, existing issues, and solutions.
- Organize regular review sessions with various business teams to summarize lessons, optimize processes, and drive continuous iterative improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 3–8+ years of experience in operations management, including at least 2 years of local operations management experience in the Middle East (Dubai preferred).
- Fluent in both Chinese and English.
- Proven experience in operations management within MCN, TikTok livestreaming, or related industries; experience in overall business coordination and cross departmental collaboration is preferred.
- Excellent strategic planning, data analysis, and problem solving skills.
- Strong leadership, execution, and resilience under pressure; skilled in team management and motivation.
- Familiar with Dubai's local operational compliance requirements; experience with livestreaming hubs or full ecosystem business operations is preferred.
