  • Create and maintain M-BOMs based on E-BOMs and engineering drawings.
  • Convert E-BOM structures into manufacturing-ready BOM structures.
  • Ensure correct part numbers, quantities, revisions, and configurations .
  • Coordinate with Design, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Production teams.
  • Define assembly structures, sub-assemblies, and manufacturing sequences.
  • Identify and resolve BOM discrepancies, missing parts, duplicates, and revision issues.
  • Support Engineering Change Orders (ECO/ECN) and implement changes in M-BOMs.
  • Maintain BOM accuracy in PLM/ERP systems such as Teamcenter, Windchill, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
  • Support production during NPI (New Product Introduction) and product launches.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and manufacturing requirements.
  • Ensure M-BOMs reflect actual shop-floor manufacturing processes.
  • Participate in BOM audits and continuous-improvement activities.
  • Prepare BOM reports and maintain proper documentation.
