Synergy Properties is looking for an individual experienced in Matterport to create and manage high-quality 3D virtual tours for real estate properties.
Responsibilities
- Create and process Matterport 3D scans and virtual tours
- Upload, edit and manage property scans
- Add labels, highlights and property details where required
- Ensure virtual tours are accurate, professional and ready for marketing
- Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for property listings
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Matterport
- Good understanding of 3D property scanning and virtual tours
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Real estate/property experience is an advantage
