Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality, in person training programs in mathematics, physics, and science education
- Prepare and deliver structured lessons, workshops, and practical exercises aligned with competency frameworks
- Design lesson plans, develop training materials, and adapt content to different learner levels
- Assess participant progress and provide constructive feedback
- Support continuous improvement of course content and delivery methods
- Collaborate with training and consultancy teams to ensure programs meet client objectives
Requirements
- Strong subject matter expertise in Science Education, Physics, and Mathematics
- Experience as a Qualified Teacher with demonstrated skills in Lesson Planning
- Excellent classroom facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to tailor training to adult learners, diverse backgrounds, and varying competency levels
- Relevant academic qualifications in Education, Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the Oil & Gas or energy sector is highly beneficial
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment is preferred

Role Description
- The Math & Science Trainer will deliver high quality, in person training programs in mathematics, physics, and science education for EcoMan’s clients in the energy sector.
- This contract, on site role is based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and delivering structured lessons, workshops, and practical exercises aligned with EcoMan’s competency frameworks.
- Designing lesson plans, developing training materials, and adapting content to different learner levels and backgrounds.
- Assessing participant progress, providing constructive feedback, and supporting continuous improvement of course content and delivery methods.
- Collaborating with EcoMan’s training and consultancy teams to ensure programs meet client objectives and international quality standards.
Qualifications
