- Deliver engaging lessons in mathematics and science that align with Prep Up’s hands on, experiment based approach
- Plan and structure lessons, prepare practical demonstrations, guide students through activities, and assess their understanding through formative and summative methods
- Adapt teaching strategies to different learning styles, provide individual and small group support
- Maintain a safe and organized learning environment for experiments
- Collaborate with colleagues to refine curricula
- Communicate student progress to center leadership and families as needed
- Participate in training or professional development to enhance instructional practices
Requirements
- Strong subject knowledge and instructional skills in Science Education and Physics
- Solid expertise in Mathematics, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and in multiple ways
- Background as a Qualified Teacher, with experience in classroom management and student engagement
- Demonstrated ability in Lesson Planning, including creating hands on, experiment based activities
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- Experience teaching diverse age groups in a classroom, tutoring center, or enrichment program setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a learner centered and inclusive mindset
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, manage time effectively, and collaborate within a small team environment

Role Description
