Math Adjunct Faculty

The Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at Molloy University invites applications for introductory courses in mathematics starting Fall 2026.

The adjunct faculty members are responsible for:

• Teach assigned mathematics courses as scheduled.
• Prepare course materials and assessments in accordance with department standards.
• Maintain accurate student records, including grades and attendance.
• Provide timely feedback and support to students.
• Participate in required training or meetings as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to relate well to a diverse population of community learners.

• Master’s degree in mathematics or a closely related field
• Experience in teaching introductory courses such as Elementary Statistics and Pre- Calculus

• Ph.D. in Mathematics
• Teaching experience at the college level
