90% - Be available for and provide academic support and tutoring for MATH 115 students.
10% - Administrative work, such as developing a student satisfaction survey.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of MATH 115 (or an equivalent/higher math course) with a grade of B+ or higher.
- Ability to explain mathematical concepts clearly and effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patience and enthusiasm for helping peers learn and succeed.
