Role Overview
Support maintenance material management across onshore, site, and offshore operations.
Drive process improvement, material flow, HSE compliance, and coordination with maintenance and warehouse stakeholders.
Material Management
- Create processes and procedures for maintenance material management.
- Provide specialist advice and administrative support on material movement.
- Coordinate material flow for repair, refurbishment, and return to stock or offshore locations.
- Coordinate tracking, bagging, and tagging for campaigns, shutdowns, and base operations.
Warehouse and Repair Coordination
- Coordinate storage and preservation of maintenance materials with warehouse personnel.
- Support management of special tooling, turbine kits, refurbishment, replenishment, and storage.
- Support equipment repair processes, including visits to vendor workshops and warehouses.
- Coordinate QA/QC material-status issues with the Technical Materials Administrator.
Requirements
