MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Missions
Apply core model process for material planning activities (external & internal suppliers) and master data
Manage Supplier's performances KPI's & raw material coverage according to targets
Collaborate with Procurement for risk/impact management process including supplier selection
Ensure the action plans implementation between Teams and Suppliers
Lead the supplier escalation process supporting Material Planners on animation of Supplier’s KPI performance
Tasks
Internal suppliers: Ensure the core model process & organization from Purchase Requisition to Material Planning documents
External suppliers: Ensure the core model process to launch Material Planning documents
Ensure the accuracy of material planning master data (in compliance with stock, logistic constraints and supplier contractual agreements)
Ensure the creation of Material Planning documents in line with Procure to Pay core model processes
Organize and maintain regular reviews with Material Planners to ensure documents are sent to suppliers and respective delivery confirmation are received
Ensure the MRP exception messages analyses performed by all Material Planners and anticipate supply problems (backlogs, shortages, no demand…)
Support Material Planners when issues identified and evaluate the risk/impact on production/projects
Set up recovery actions with main stakeholders
Supporting Material Planners in applying and follow the missing parts process application until stock availability
Validate deliveries performances KPI's with different stakeholders (Internal & External) and action plans
Validate the top worst Suppliers with SDPM and support appropriate action plan
Ensure application of appropriate communication routine with Suppliers based on their delivery performances by Material Planners
Ensure the application (when necessary) of Supplier Capacity Management
Ensure the application (when necessary) of Supplier's Light Capability Assessment (LSCA)
Contribute to risk/impact assessments and mitigation action plan
Manage team performance, develop team competencies & provide feedback and register during Performance Management Cycle

Degree in Engineering (BE or B Tech)
Experience or understanding of Material Planning/Procurement (10-15 years preferred)
Knowledge of SAP – MM Module
Familiarity with supplier management and performance metrics
A certification in Lean Management or similar.
Strong crisis management and inventory planning skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
