The Material Planning Analyst is responsible for end-to-end material planning for a defined portfolio of direct and indirect materials.
This role ensures the timely availability of materials to support production while optimizing inventory levels through effective planning, parameter ownership, and cross-functional collaboration.
A key accountability of this role is the development, standardization, and continuous optimization of inventory planning parameters—including min/max levels, safety stock, and replenishment strategies.
The Analyst is expected to build and refine these models based on demand patterns, lead times, variability, and service level targets to drive supply stability and inventory efficiency.
Working closely with Procurement, Operations, Quality, and Supply Planning, the Material Planning Analyst supports supply continuity, improves inventory performance, and contributes to data-driven decision-making within a regulated (GPP) environment.
