About the Role
Pilbara Ports is hiring a Materials Logistics Officer to coordinate daily stores and materials activities for maintenance operations. You will manage inventory processes including purchasing, receiving, storage, and distribution.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily stores and materials activities to ensure efficient and timely supply of parts, spares and consumables
- Manage inventory processes including purchasing, receiving, storage, and distribution
- Maintain accurate records and stock levels to meet operational requirements
- Collaborate with maintenance teams and suppliers to ensure materials availability
- Support inventory optimisation, stocktaking, system updates and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain compliance with safety, quality and inventory management processes
Requirements
- Experience in logistics or stores within a maintenance or industrial environment
- Demonstrated capability in inventory management
- Excellent understanding of mechanical and electrical componentry
- Strong knowledge of materials coordination, procurement processes and stock control systems
- Ability to manage competing priorities while ensuring accuracy and efficiency

About The Role
- Coordinate daily stores and materials activities to ensure efficient and timely supply of parts, spares and consumables.

- Report to the Stores Supervisor and collaborate with maintenance teams and suppliers.
About You
- Experienced logistics or stores professional with demonstrated capability in inventory management within a maintenance or industrial environment.
- Excellent understanding of mechanical and electrical componentry.
- Strong knowledge of materials coordination, procurement processes and stock control systems.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Proactive and detail oriented team member with strong communication and problem solving skills.
