Temporary employees can become eligible for Full-Time Employment Evaluation after just 30 days, based on attendance, performance, work ethic and business need!

Full time employment is also available for qualified applicants.

Temporary Employee - $16/hr for 1st Shift, $17/hr for 2nd & 3rd Shift.

Full Time Employee - $17.50 per hour with a 7% increase for second (2 nd ) and third (3 rd ) shift.

Work Hours : 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts available.

We have 2 locations in Crawfordsville, IN: North Plant at 1009 Sloan Street; South Plant at 600 State Road 32 West.

This job is for both locations.

Must be 18+ years of age.

As a Material Handler you will:

• Create bundles of book sections.
• Feed book sections into the binding machine.
• Move books from the production line and stack them into boxes.
• Work in a team environment and cross-train with others.
