Role Overview
The role manages construction material compliance for infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
The position covers material specifications, approvals, testing, inspections, and quality documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, evaluate, and approve construction materials for infrastructure projects.
- Prepare material approvals, technical submittals, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors on specifications and approvals.
- Monitor material testing and compliance with project requirements and Abu Dhabi Municipality standards.
- Ensure site materials meet approved specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
- Maintain material approval, test report, and quality records.
- Support resolution of material-related technical issues.
- Ensure health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least eight years of Material Engineer experience on UAE infrastructure projects.
- Abu Dhabi Municipality or Al Ain Municipality infrastructure project experience is mandatory.
