Role Overview
Material Engineer responsible for material selection, testing, quality control, and compliance on infrastructure projects.
The role supports the durability, safety, and performance of infrastructure and heavy civil works.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in infrastructure or heavy civil projects.
- Strong knowledge of material testing procedures and quality control systems.
- Familiarity with international codes and standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and reporting abilities.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with roads, bridges, utilities, or large-scale infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Experience with accredited material testing laboratories is preferred.
- Knowledge of sustainable and advanced construction materials is preferred.

Compensation
- Pay is listed as AED 7,000–10,000 per month.
Responsibilities
- Select and evaluate materials for infrastructure projects.
- Conduct or oversee material testing procedures.
- Implement and monitor quality control systems for materials.
- Ensure materials comply with international codes and standards.
- Support project durability, safety, and performance through technical material decisions.
- Prepare technical reports and communicate material and quality findings.
