Material Data Management System Administrator

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Management, Materials Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience) .
• Data Management: Proven experience working with structured data formatting, data transformation, migration, and mass upload processes .
• Document Extraction: Demonstrated experience extracting and preparing data from Excel, Word, PDF, and technical documents .
• Technical Skills: Working knowledge of SQL , Python , Excel, Power BI, and database concepts .
• System Support: Experience supporting web-based enterprise applications, technical data systems, or document management platforms, including low-code/no-code configurations .
• Vendor & User Support: Background working with software vendors or technical support teams to resolve application bugs and system issues .
• Domain Exposure (Preferred): Familiarity with material properties, product datasheets, testing standards, or engineering documentation is a strong plus
