This position will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules to ensure timely and efficient project completion.

This role requires a strong understanding of project management principles and the ability to work closely with various stakeholders, including project managers, subcontractors, and government officials.

• Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules (e.g., MS Project, other scheduling systems), integrating them with cost and resource data to provide a comprehensive view of project performance for Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Work with Earned Value analysts and Cost Account Managers (CAMs) to ensure alignment between schedule data, cost data (such as from SAP and MRP systems), and EVM reporting requirements.
• Track project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Coordinate resource allocation, including personnel and equipment, to ensure that project milestones are met on time.
• Identify potential risks related to scheduling and develop mitigation strategies to address potential delays.
• Ensure that all scheduling practices and documentation comply with government regulations and contractual requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of schedule changes, updates, and related documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Facilitate effective communication among project team members and stakeholders to ensure that everyone is informed of schedule changes and updates.
