Responsibilities
- Oversee, install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial, residential, and industrial facilities.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical specifications.
- Determine material requirements and ensure all plumbing work complies with local codes, safety standards, and company policies.
- Supervise and mentor plumbing technicians, allocate daily tasks, inspect completed work, and provide technical guidance on complex installations and repairs.
- Diagnose system issues, perform preventive maintenance, coordinate with other trades and project managers, and prepare basic reports or documentation of work performed.
- Interact with clients and site representatives in a professional manner, supporting high quality service delivery.
- Respond to urgent maintenance requests as needed.
Requirements
- Strong technical expertise in plumbing systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and code compliant practices
- Hands on experience with pipe fitting, routing, cutting, and joining for various materials and system types
- Proven ability in routine and preventive maintenance, as well as accurate diagnosis and repair of plumbing related issues
- Effective customer service skills, including clear communication, professionalism on site, and ability to manage client expectations
- Recognized Master Plumber certification or license, with relevant vocational or technical training in plumbing or a related field
- Experience supervising plumbing teams, coordinating with other trades, and working on large scale facility or infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with safety regulations, permit requirements, and plumbing codes applicable in Saudi Arabia
- Ability to work on site in Riyadh, adapt to changing priorities, and respond to emergency calls or after hours maintenance when required

Role Description
- The Master Plumber at Seder Group (SG) is a full time, on site role based in Riyadh, responsible for overseeing, installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial, residential, and industrial facilities.
- The role includes reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and technical specifications, determining material requirements, and ensuring that all plumbing work complies with local codes, safety standards, and company policies.
