The role administers customer master data and creates or updates records in the appropriate systems.
Work must comply with business policies, documented procedures, data quality requirements, and governance standards.
Key responsibilities
- Process master data requests within governance policies, guidelines, and defined service-level agreements.
- Handle customer onboarding, data entry, maintenance, new customer setup, and changes across Husky systems.
- Maintain global customer master data integrity and troubleshoot data errors.
- Identify data quality issues and process improvement opportunities.
- Validate fields for completeness and accuracy.
- Provide additional support for other data elements when needed to support business processes and governance standards.
- Maintain current request and incident statuses and communicate with requestors.
- Follow up on pending queue requests, ensure process compliance, and resolve and close items with stakeholders.
