Role Overview
The role is responsible for customer master data administration.
The analyst creates and updates master data records in appropriate systems according to business policies, procedures, and data quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Process master data requests under governance policies and service level agreements.
- Complete customer onboarding, data entry, and data maintenance.
- Maintain global customer master data integrity and troubleshoot errors.
- Set up new customers and process changes across Husky systems.
- Identify data quality issues and process improvement opportunities.
- Validate data fields for completeness and accuracy.
- Support other data elements to meet business process and governance standards.
- Maintain request and incident statuses and communicate with requestors.
- Coordinate with master data governance and internal business partners on compliant submissions.
- Follow up on pending requests and ensure resolution and closure.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
- At least three years of data management experience.
- ERP administration experience.
- Knowledge of global vendor and customer setup.
