Role Overview
Administer customer master data and maintain records in company systems.
Ensure master data complies with business policies, documented procedures, and data quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Process master data requests within governance policies, guidelines, and defined service level agreements.
- Handle customer onboarding, data entry, and maintenance based on master data policies.
- Maintain global customer master data integrity and troubleshoot data errors.
- Set up new customers and process changes in all Husky systems.
- Identify data quality issues and process improvement opportunities.
- Validate fields for data completeness and accuracy.
- Support other data elements to ensure business processes and governance standards are met.
- Maintain current request and incident statuses.
- Communicate with requestors and follow up on pending queue items.
- Coordinate with master data governance and internal business partners on compliant submissions.
- Resolve and close request items with process stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of data management experience.
- Experience with ERP administration.
