Senior Consultant - Master Data Analyst (Manufacturing) Infosys Consulting, the management and technology consulting unit of Infosys Ltd, is seeking motivated Manufacturing Industry Consultants as part of our team of front-runners in Manufacturing Industry consulting.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Manufacturing sector with a strong understanding of one or more of the following industries: Automotive, Aerospace, Defense and Industrial Products.

Conduct interviews / workshops / walkthroughs with subject matter experts and process owners to elicit and document requirements
Gather and analyze business requirements, processes, design and develop data maps and business cases required to support transformation initiatives

Knowledgeable in manufacturing industry trends such as Industry 4.0, digitization, AI/ML, Cloud, etc.
Experience in process improvement in business operations through analysis of current state, root cause analysis, developing insights, identifying solutions, and designing future states
Strong oral and written communications skills, including presentation skills (development of the presentation and executive level presentation)
Ability to facilitate discussions, analyze and de-construct problems, develop structured solutions and categorize challenges in the project environment
Highly motivated with strong analytical acumen and problem-solving skills

Proven ability to deliver under tight deadlines and challenging constraints
Enforce data quality and standards by performing data validation, duplicate checks, data profiling, and ongoing monitoring to ensure a single source of truth across the enterprise.
Manage master data creation and change processes by reviewing requests, applying governance rules, coordinating approvals, and ensuring compliance with established workflows and controls.
Support manufacturing and supply chain operations by ensuring BOMs, product hierarchies, MRP parameters, production versions, and material planning attributes are maintained correctly to enable effective planning and execution.
Drive data governance and compliance initiatives by partnering with business data owners, stewards, and functional teams to establish policies, ownership models, audit trails, and regulatory compliance requirements.
