Master Data Admin

The Master Data Administrator is responsible for the accurate creation, maintenance, and updating of product and material data within SAP S/4HANA.

Working within the Technical Team, the role ensures all product specifications, recipes, packaging details, and related master data are entered correctly to support manufacturing, planning, procurement, and customer requirements .

Here are your key tasks and responsibilities as Master Data Administrator at Refresco:

• Create, update, and maintain product, material, recipe, packaging, and BOM master data within SAP S/4HANA.
• Process master data requests accurately and within agreed timelines to support business operations and product launches.
• Validate information received from Technical, Production, Procurement, and Planning teams before system entry.
• Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation in line with company procedures and audit requirements.
• Identify and correct data errors, supporting regular data cleansing and quality improvement activities.
• Provide administrative support and basic reporting to ensure accurate master data is available across the business.

• Previous administration or data entry experience.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience using SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems is desirable.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience within a manufacturing or FMCG environment is advantageous
