House Touch Tailoring is hiring an experienced Pattern Maker / Master Cutter for women's couture in Sharjah. The role involves creating patterns, master cutting, draping, and fittings for evening gowns, wedding dresses, and corsets.

Responsibilities
- Create patterns for women's garments (gowns, corsets, dresses, structured pieces)
- Perform master cutting with high precision
- Execute draping on mannequin and develop patterns
- Handle fittings, adjustments, and alterations
- Ensure perfect fit, balance, and finishing
- Support tailors during garment construction
- Maintain high quality across all pieces
- Minimize fabric wastage
- Work closely with the owner on designs and custom orders
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience (UAE or Gulf preferred)
- Strong experience in evening gowns and corsets
- Skilled in pattern making, draping, and cutting
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and finishing
- Knowledge of digital pattern software (Optitex or similar) is a plus
